RE: Vice- President Joe Biden Petitioned to Secure the Guaranteed Rights in the Bill of Rights in place of President Barack Obama to prevent a corrupt government because the Petition sent by Jesha Miller is executed by the Bill of Rights which no just government can refuse or delay. This is brought on because President Barack Obama has refused 3 times constituting political corruption & as a last source to upholding the integrity of the Constitution Vice- President Joe Biden is Petitioned to Secure the rights of the Constitution, Bill of Rights, & Statutes that have been violated by officials denying the guaranteed rights of the Constitution.
As Vice- President of the U.S. of America, I, Jesha Miller am petitioning you, Joe Biden to address my Petition For Executive Order which is Executed by the Bill of Rights which no just government can refuse or delay & because President Barack Obama has refused 3 times you are petitioned to uphold the integrity of the Constitution by securing the guaranteed rights which government must protect in the Bill of Rights. This is in the interest of Freedom & Democracy because the crime committed is against the peace & dignity of the U.S. & is at war with Democracy under Title 18, Sec. 243 because Slavery has been abolished. Violations of the 13th & 14th Amendments abolishing Slavery & guaranteeing due process of Law.
An illegal Act by an office holder constitutes political corruption only if the Act is directly related to their official duties as in this case pertaining to President Barack Obama, which is Article II, sec. 3 of the Constitution, to enforce Federal Law, which is his number one duty. The Buck stops with the President, but when he refuses to do his duty to keep officials from being held accountable, as Vice- President you are a Hero to America & all it stands for if you uphold the integrity securing the rights which government guarantees. Rights which government must protect for the people. The Constitution could not be Ratified without a Bill of Rights. This is a government where the rights of the people are protected & for the First time the Bill of Rights is used because the U.S. Supreme Court is corrupt, denying the right to freedom, dereliction of duty, abuse of power denied government, refusing to protect the rights of the accused. The exact thing that the Framers of the Constitution wanted to prevent. The motive for corruption was to cover-up the Federal Crime by Officials & deny 10 Million Dollars upon my release from the illegal restraint on account of race, color, & national origin. Without justice, we have no protection of our right to freedom, equality, the pursuit of happiness, & no Democracy. That is your reason to address this in place of President Barack Obama who has refused.
The petition derives its power from the Constitution which is run by men who in this case have a duty directly related requiring that you must acknowledge my petition executed by the Bill of Rights or this is a corrupt government. So that thee the guaranteed rights in the Bill of Rights because this is what no just government can refuse as President Barack Obama has done, you do this because the Constitution requires it be done.

Miller- In this petition political corruption is involved so the normal procedure requiring a Senator or Congressman bring this to the floor to make it a part of the Congressional Record be voided. Because this is why the Bill of Rights were intended, to secure the rights of the people which government must protect, there must be a record that these rights have been violated & government refuses to secure. This is the First time in history that the Bill of Rights have been taken this far to protect the rights of the people as originally intended. Because the Framers did not want government abuse of power we have the Checks & Balances Separating powers & now this is used because of abuse of power by the U.S. Supreme Court which has been part of a cover-up by government, this must be made a part of the Congressional Record.
Vice-President Joe Biden now is petitioned to do what President Barack Obama had 8 months to address in four (4) days. Because it is time sensitive your Staff are petitioned to rush this to Vice-President Biden to take immediate action to contact me himself by phone Friday September 4, 2009, at 9:00 a.m.
This is a show of good-faith because Pres. Barack Obama has ignored his duty under the Constitution & you as Vice-President are not going to do the same because you are the last hope to stop political corruption & secure the guaranteed rights of the government protected by the Bill of Rights. Inform the Clerk- Lorraine C. Miller who receives messages from the President & Senate when the House is not in Session to make this a part of the Congressional Record.
